- Les premiers rôles notables de l'actrice américaine Michelle Lynn Monaghan ont été dans des épisodes de Young Americans, et Law & Order : Unité spéciale d'aide aux victimes, les deux en 2001. Cette année-là, elle fait ses débuts sur grand écran dans le film "Parfum" (2001), suivi d'un autre petit rôle dans "Unfaithful" (2002). Monaghan a fait une grande percée en 2002 lorsqu'elle a participé à la série télévisée Boston Public. Monaghan est plus connue pour ses rôles dans "Mission : Impossible III", "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang", "Gone Baby Gone", "Made of Honor", "The Heartbreak Kid" et "Eagle Eye".
